In order to customize a driver development program we request a needs assessment analysis. This is provided at no cost. This assessment involves observations and interviews with drivers, management and affected personnel, review and analysis of existing driver training policies and procedures and an in cab driver evaluation of a few drivers to acclimatize to environment specific conditions. Many of today’s vehicles come packed with a wide variety of safety and performance features that serve to sell the vehicle and, more importantly address the customers’ wants and needs. Most sales consultants however, can only talk about the features as they have never experienced the excitement and / or feeling of safety when they are in the vehicle when these features are or become activated. As we know, “passion sells” as does enthusiasm and experience therefore the outcomes of this kind of course will serve to provide the experience and enthusiasm in order to competently build value for the safety conscious buyer with such features as ABS braking, ESP and Traction Control to name a few, under normal weather conditions as well as in conditions of inclement weather, skid pad etc. Again courses and events can be fully customized per your requirements and audience.
Our defensive driving in-class course is facilitated by our Certified Instructors. Our DDC investigates the complex issues of operating a motor vehicle on today's roads.
Attitude toward driving and appropriate use of vision help drivers make the necessary decisions to safely manage the task of driving. However, our DDC explores the answers to the following questions. "Do drivers comprehend the risks associated with driving and can drivers be educated and trained to "safely" manage these risks?
This interactive course discusses personalities, behaviour and their relationship to how we, and other drivers, conduct themselves while driving. Drivers will be asked to overcome "old" habits by making adjustments to their driving philosophy. In doing so, they are able to develop methods to reduce the risk of being involved in a crisis. When making these adjustments and applying the techniques learned, drivers will think about creating and managing the safest driving environment possible.
