Gerry Dimmelow
Gerry Dimmelow has a formal background in Accounting & Economics with USDI degrees in Automotive Business Management and Associate Science in Automotive Technology.
He is an accomplished, results-driven executive offering an extensive automotive background, at all levels and in all departments, with: 22 years of progressive leadership/management skills at the retail level and 12 years national project management experience in dealership program: curriculum design, training and consulting.
In 1996 Gerry began working as an independent management consultant and trainer for automotive manufacturers and retailers across Canada and the United States.

- Gerry’s retail competencies are in both Variable and Fixed Operations and he has served in: technical, administrative, sales and senior management capacities.
- He has authored over 55 courses, both online and seminar, ranging from Technical, Parts Inventory Management and Warranty Administration to New/Used Sales Training and Quality Management Process Design.
- During Gerry’s tenure in retail he has been recognized, by manufacturers and retailers, many times for leading his teams in attaining exceptional customer satisfaction and sales performance levels.
- In the last 12 years Gerry has facilitated over 800 training classes and workshop seminars for 10 Automotive Manufacturers with class sizes of 10 to 200 participants.
- His continuing passion, for all things automotive, prompted him to co-author and produce the collector car video ‘Mustang the First Thirty Years’, in addition, he is actively involved with various international vintage automobile associations.
- Most recently Gerry provided the subject matter and authored the content for a ‘Fixed Operations Marketing Playbook’ and is currently involved in projects on Understanding the Premium Buyer, Used Vehicle Inventory Management, Product & Technical Training and Lease Renewal for various vehicle manufacturers.
