Gilles’ combined retail work and training / consulting experience totals 23 years that provides a wealth of broad retail experience and credibility to all his projects audiences. Gilles is a confident and versatile speaker, capturing his audience with his enthusiasm and real-life scenarios.
Gilles remains ‘leading edge’ in his message through facilitating in-dealership training where he remains close to the ‘heartbeat’ and realities of the automotive retail business.
Gilles is a keen participant involved in facilitating a variety of dealership training programs supporting the Montreal Dealers Association.
